Return & Refund Policy

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Printful will issue a free replacement or refund (no return required) for manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors..

Wrong Item Sent or Misprints

  • Similar process to damaged goods—provide photos/details and submit within 30 days. Free replacement or refund will be provided.

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows no movement past the estimated delivery date, open a support ticket. If Printful confirms loss, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

  • As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for size, design, or preference changes .

  • Exchanges are at our discretion and require reordering at full cost.

Legal Exception – Brazil

  • For Brazilian orders, consumers may return within 7 calendar days of receipt under the “right of regret” law. Contact support to initiate.

Process & Timing

1. Report issues within 30 days of delivery.

2. Include photos and order details.

3. We'll respond with resolution options—replacement, refund, or next steps.

Handling Return Shipments

  • No need to return defective items—Printful covers the cost.

  • For wrong-address returns, reshipment shipping charges apply.
